• Streamline work of a 3-member system administrator team by developing technical and operational documentation, compiling FAQs, forming documentation structure, establishing technical procedures, and facilitating the onboarding process.
• Secure data integrity through careful database maintenance, timely update of hardware and software, and backup management.
• Image and maintain imaging software with the latest updates and upgrades to Windows operating systems using FOG and slowly rolling in MDT and WDS.
• Utilize active directory for user provisioning, password resets, group policy
• Ensure compliance with DFARS regulations through the integration of Splunk software across all systems, setup of security flags, triggers, and firewall rules
